We do not believe in simply “sending” reports to you and waiting for the phone to ring. For this stage, we establish a set time (weekly, bi-monthly or monthly) with you to conduct conference calls to review performance data. The objective for these calls is to work with you to obtain a strong ongoing knowledge of your business, as well as to pinpoint strong and weak areas of your campaigns so we can optimize and grow revenues while always looking to discover new opportunities to grow your business. We break down our weekly calls into three stages: data analysis and review, strategy discussion and priority lists.

For all of our campaigns (PPC, paid inclusion, banner ads, etc), we utilize multiple campaign optimization tactics such as removing underperforming keywords and URLs, swapping underperforming creative, geo-targeting, day parting, etc.
- Retain: During this stage, we help you deploy customer retention strategies, utilizing technology to capture the information needed to systematically follow-up with the leads and customers you obtained through your marketing efforts.
